Randal "Randy" Mis is a CPA. He has over twenty years public accounting experience. Before he opened his own accounting firm, he was the Tax Manager at a mid sized CPA firm in Northwest Indiana. He is knowledgeable in all facets of business accounting and specializes in business, corporate and estate taxes. Randy is willing to work on business plans for your organization as well as a tax strategy.
Dave Dykstra works with individuals providing 1040 preparation and year round client support. Dave has over 20 years of tax and accounting experience. He is very knowledgeable and keeps current on the ever changing tax laws.
Susan Spolarich is our staff accountant. She does client bookkeeping tasks such as bank reconciliations and maintaining the client records. She expertly handles monthly, quarterly and annual payroll returns. Susan is experienced with QuickBooks and is available for consultation. Additionally we offer a complete payroll preparation service from preparing your regular payroll, 941's, state withholding and finally the year end W-2's.
